One coach in the fleet remains for Burning Man 2027: the FR3, a private Class A with a real bedroom, rooftop air, and its own generator. The package includes two e-bikes and Starlink. We hand it off burn-ready in Reno, two hours from the gate, or deliver and stage it at your camp. $22,500 all-in from Reno, or $27,500 delivered to your camp, for the week.

Burn Prep

Built for what a week on the playa does to a coach

Playa dust is a fine alkaline powder that works into any seal, duct, or fabric left unprepared. Every coach goes out sealed for Black Rock City and comes home to a full cleaning, inside the price.

We’re based in Reno, about two hours from the gate. Handoff, walkthrough, and the coach’s return all happen here, an easy drive from the playa rather than a state away.

What burn-ready means here

Sealed and prepped

Every gap, vent, and slide seal is gone over and the windows taped before the coach leaves Reno. It is how our own coaches went out to the playa in 2026.

Dust remediation, inside the price

All post-burn cleaning is included. Bring the coach back as the playa leaves it; the rest is ours.

Air and power for the week

Rooftop air and an onboard gas generator on every coach, with unlimited generator hours inside the price.

Water, planned at handoff

Fresh water on board — the FR3 52 gal. At handoff we plan the week's water around the people actually aboard, so it is already worked out before you reach the gate.

Wheels for the city

Nobody drives inside Black Rock City; you bike it. The FR3 includes two e-bikes for the week. The e-bikes charge off the coach and travel with it, so there is nothing extra to bring.

Starlink on the playa

Starlink for the week is included with the FR3 — internet in camp, inside the price.

Hold it with 20% down; the rest in equal monthly payments through July. No interest or fee, and the total is the same.

Eight nights, one all-in number: pre-burn prep and sealing, dust remediation after exodus, beds made, an equipped kitchen, and unlimited generator hours. The FR3 adds two e-bikes and Starlink for the week.

Logistics

On the road and in the city

Pickup in Reno

We hand off the coach in Reno, about two hours from the gate, and a standard driver's license is all it takes. Or we deliver it and set it up at your camp, and you skip the drive both ways.

Vehicle pass

Every vehicle entering Black Rock City needs its own vehicle pass alongside your event ticket. Both are sold by Burning Man rather than through us.

Exodus

Exodus can take hours. On a Delivered & Staged week we drive the coach out ourselves, so you leave on your own schedule.

Grey and black water

There is no dump station in Black Rock City, so we plan the tanks around your crew at handoff, and an on-playa pump-out can be booked through the event's approved provider whenever you would like them emptied.

Generator fuel

The onboard generator runs on gas and no fuel is sold in Black Rock City, so we go over the week's fuel with you at handoff, the same as water.

Leave no trace

Black Rock City runs on Leave No Trace: before exodus, every camp sweeps its ground for MOOP, matter out of place, anything that isn't playa. The coach comes home dusty, and that cleaning is ours.

Arrive to a coach that’s already made.

Come by Burner Express or by air. We place the coach at your camp before you arrive, level and cold, and drive it out after exodus, so the week starts the moment you walk up. In-city delivery is the Delivered & Staged package, from $27,500 all-in, arranged with your camp ahead of time.
