Burning Man 2026
Black Rock City, with a king bed.
The FR3 is what remains for 2026 — a 2023 Class A handed off burn-ready in Reno, two hours from the gate. $22,500 all-in, Aug 30 – Sep 7, 2026.
One coach remains for 2026. When it’s reserved, it’s reserved.
Burn Prep
Built for what a week on the playa does to a coach
Playa dust isn’t dirt — it’s fine alkaline powder that finds its way into any seal, duct, or fabric that wasn’t prepped for it. The FR3 goes out sealed for Black Rock City and comes back to a full interior and mechanical remediation. Dust is planned for, never billed.
We’re based in Reno — two hours from the gate on a normal day; peak arrival and exodus take longer, same as they do for everyone. Handoff, walkthrough, and turnaround all happen here, an easy drive from the playa instead of a state away.
Burn-Ready
What burn-ready actually means
Sealed and prepped
Every gap, vent, and slide seal gets gone over before the burn. Fine playa dust finds the weak point in an unprepped coach fast.
Dust remediation, inside the price
After exodus, the coach gets a full interior and mechanical dust remediation. That work is inside the price — you will never see a dust bill.
Generator and AC that hold up
A 5.5KW Yamaha inverter generator, rooftop solar, and dual ducted air conditioners, sized to run through burn-week heat and dust.
Water and power, planned at handoff
52 gallons of fresh water on board, and power to spare. Water on the playa is a budget, not a tap — how far it goes is up to your crew, so at handoff we build the plan around the people actually aboard, and you drive out knowing exactly what you're working with.

Logistics
What to plan for
Pickup in Reno
You collect the FR3 in Reno — roughly two hours from the gate — and drive it in yourself, or arrange delivery. Peak arrival days can add hours to that drive, the same as exodus.
Vehicle pass
Every vehicle entering Black Rock City needs its own vehicle pass in addition to your event ticket. That's on you, not part of the reservation.
Exodus
Leaving Black Rock City can take several hours in traffic. Plan your return trip and any late drop-off accordingly.
Grey and black water
There's no dump station in Black Rock City, and nobody drives out mid-week. Your tanks are the real budget — we size expectations honestly at handoff, and for bigger crews, on-playa pump-out service can be booked through the event's approved provider.
Generator fuel
The onboard generator runs on gas, and no fuel is sold in Black Rock City. Plan a fuel run before you're low.
Leave no trace
Black Rock City runs on Leave No Trace: before exodus, your camp sweeps its ground for MOOP — "matter out of place," anything that isn't playa. That's about your campsite, not the coach. The coach comes back to us dusty; the cleanup is our job and it's inside the price.
Delivered & Staged
Arrive to a coach that’s already made.
Come by Burner Express or by air. We place the FR3 at your camp before you arrive — level, cold, and online — and pull it after exodus, so the week starts the moment you walk up. In-city delivery is the $27,500 Delivered & Staged package, for a small number of camps, by arrangement.
