A private coach fleet based in Reno, NV — the closest staging base to Black Rock City, two hours from the gate rather than two days of transit. We keep the fleet deliberately small so every coach meets one standard, and when you call, you reach the people who do the work.
Burning Man is the season, not the identity. The coaches rent year-round for Tahoe trips, Reno events, and Sierra basecamps — held to the same standard every time they go out.
We do this because the playa is worth doing right.
The Standard
One standard, no exceptions.
We keep the fleet deliberately small so every coach meets one standard: inspected and serviced between every trip, sealed and prepped before the burn, fully remediated after it. When you call, you reach the people who do that work.
Black Rock City runs harder on a coach than any other week — dust, heat, generator load, and water usage all climb. The remediation that follows is built into the price of the burn week, not billed after it. Nothing about the coach you collect is left to chance.
