1Information we collect
When you submit a booking request or inquiry, we collect the information you provide directly — name, phone number, email address, trip dates, and any camp or delivery details you share. We do not collect payment card details directly; those are processed by a third-party payment provider.
2How we use it
Information is used to evaluate and respond to booking requests, coordinate rentals and delivery logistics, communicate about an active or upcoming trip, and — where you’ve agreed — follow up about future availability.
3How we share it
We do not sell personal information. It may be shared with service providers who support booking, payment, or delivery operations (for example, a payment processor), and disclosed where required by law.
4Data retention
Booking and inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the rental, satisfy legal or tax obligations, and resolve any disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
5Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted where we’re not required to retain it, by contacting us directly at info@blackrockrvs.com.
