Lake Tahoe & the Sierra

Basecamp on the water without booking a cabin. Full kitchen, real beds, and enough room for the whole group at a Tahoe campground or forest pullout.

Yosemite & Death Valley

National park season means booked-out lodges and long drives to the nearest motel. Bring your own basecamp instead, and park it where the views are.

Hot August Nights & Reno's big weekends

Reno's biggest weekends fill every hotel in town. A private RV means you skip the room shortage entirely and stay close to the action.

Rodeo season

The Reno Rodeo and the circuit around it draw crowds every summer. Roll in with your own rig and your own schedule.

Tailgates

Game day basecamp with a real bathroom, a real kitchen, and a generator that outlasts the tailgate.

RV used as a production basecamp on location

Film & photo production

A mobile green room, wardrobe base, or crew basecamp for on-location shoots around northern Nevada and the Sierra.

Non-Burn Rates

Standard pricing, no burn-week premium

Outside the burn-week window, our coaches run at their standard nightly rate with a shorter minimum stay. Same confirmation process, same people who maintain the coaches on the other end of the request.
