Two Weekends

EDC Dusk, EDC Dawn, or the whole run

EDC Las Vegas 2027 is two festival weekends for the first time, both at Las Vegas Motor SpeedwayEDC Dusk May 1416 and EDC Dawn May 2123 — and Camp EDC runs May 13 – 24 to cover both. Take a coach for one weekend, Thursday to Monday, or keep it parked at camp for all 11 nights.

We’re based in Reno. For EDC we bring the coaches to Las Vegas and hand them off there — or drive them the last miles in for you — so your weekend starts in Las Vegas instead of a state away.

Camp-Ready

What camp-ready actually means

Meets Camp EDC's RV rules

Camp EDC's rules are specific: Class A, B, or C between 19 and 45 feet, an onboard generator running working air conditioning, and — if you bought the power add-on — a 75-foot shore cord with the right connector. Every coach clears those rules, and the cord goes out with the coach.

Air off the coach's own generator

Engines may not be left running at Camp EDC, and tow-behind generators are not allowed, so the coach's own generator carries the air. Every one is serviced and run before it leaves Reno, not first tested in the check-in line.

A bedroom, a shower, and a kitchen

Every coach has a real bedroom, a full bath with a shower, and a kitchen — so the night ends in a bed and a hot shower, not a tent.

A reservation that holds

We own the coaches and we answer for them — there is no marketplace in the middle. When we confirm your weekend, you have the price, the coach, and a name and a cell number to call.

EDC Las Vegas 2027 · Thursday to Monday

From $4,000

for four nights, all-in

Four nights, one all-in number per coach: handoff in Las Vegas on Thursday morning, return in Las Vegas on Monday, a 75-foot shore-power cord matched to the coach, beds made, an equipped kitchen, unlimited generator hours, and cleaning after the weekend — no surprises. Your Camp EDC pass and festival tickets come from the event.

The FR3
$8,000 per weekend
The Alante
$6,000 per weekend
The Hurricane
$4,000 per weekend

Either weekend, same number, handed off in Las Vegas. Delivered & Staged — our driver brings it in and drives it out instead — is quoted on top of that number. Both weekends as one 11-night stay is quoted whole.

Not included: your Camp EDC RV pass, the power add-on, and festival tickets — those come from the event.

One person books and pays for the group: 50% on confirmation, the balance 30 days before your weekend, or a payment plan by arrangement.

Nothing is charged until we confirm in writing. $1,500 refundable security deposit, held when the coach goes out. The full breakdown is on each coach’s page.

Logistics

What to plan for

Through the gate: you drive, or we do

Camp EDC admits an RV only when the person driving it is a camper on that RV's pass. Usually that is you — the last miles to the Speedway are yours, with everyone aboard wearing their wristband. If you would rather not drive, our driver joins your group and brings the coach in; that is the Delivered & Staged section below, and it is quoted. There is no refueling on site, so whoever drives it in fills the tank on the way.

Handoff in Las Vegas, Thursday morning

We bring the coach down from Reno and hand it off to you in Las Vegas on the Thursday your weekend opens — May 13 for EDC Dusk, May 20 for EDC Dawn. We walk the whole coach with you there, systems and all, and a standard driver's license is all it takes to drive it. On a delivered weekend the walkthrough is in person at the coach, or virtual before you arrive.

Your passes, from the event

The Camp EDC RV pass, the power add-on, and every festival ticket are bought from the event, not from us. One RV pass covers up to eight people in the coach; each of them still needs a festival ticket. The power add-on is optional on a single weekend and built into the 11-night pass. Camp EDC sells them on its own schedule and they can sell out months ahead, so tell us whether yours is in hand — we quote around both, and we hold off confirming a coach until the pass is sorted, because a coach without a pass has nowhere to park.

Parked until Monday

Once the coach is in its spot it stays there until 8am Monday — that's Camp EDC's rule, not ours. Water and tanks are planned around that before the coach goes in, and the camp's own RV service does refills and pump-outs for a fee.

Power, two ways

With the camp's power add-on, the coach runs on shore power through the 75-foot cord we send with it. Without it, the onboard generator carries the air on the fuel in the tank — and that tank has to last to Monday, so on a hot weekend the power add-on is the easier plan.

Both weekends, one coach

Camp EDC's 11-night Dusk Till Dawn stay runs May 13 – 24, 2027. On that pass the coach stays parked the whole time, power add-on included, and you keep it through the week between. Two single-weekend passes work differently — the coach comes back to us that Monday and goes out again on the Thursday — and we will walk you through it. Quoted per coach. Tell us your group and we will come back with the number.

Delivered & Staged

Walk up to a coach that’s already in its spot.

Fly in, skip the drive down, and skip the RV check-in line. Our driver brings the coach in on Thursday, levels it, sets the power and water, and makes it up, then leaves on foot and comes back Monday morning to drive it out. You come in through Camp EDC’s check-in for campers arriving after their group, with your festival wristband and your camping confirmation, and the coach is already in its spot. The walkthrough is in person when you arrive, or virtual before you land.

Camp EDC admits an RV only when the person driving it is a camper on that RV’s pass, so a delivered weekend works by adding our driver to your group — a festival wristband and one of the places your pass covers, which at full capacity means one fewer of your own group aboard. Quoted per coach, for a small number of groups, by arrangement.

Request a delivery quote

What the quote turns on

  • A festival wristband for our driver, for the weekend you're delivering into — bought with your group's tickets; how it is settled is part of the quote
  • A place for our driver on your Camp EDC RV pass — one of the places it covers, up to eight or the coach's sleeping capacity if that is lower
  • Whether your Camp EDC RV pass and power add-on are already in hand
  • One weekend or both, and the Thursday check-in window you're aiming for

On a single weekend the coach’s weekend price stands, and delivery is quoted on top of it in place of the Las Vegas handoff; both weekends as one 11-night stay is quoted whole. We confirm it is a fit for your weekend before we quote, and you see the whole number before you commit.

Common Questions

Before you ask

What does the weekend include?

One number per coach covers handoff in Las Vegas on Thursday morning, return in Las Vegas on Monday, a 75-foot shore-power cord matched to the coach, beds made, an equipped kitchen, unlimited generator hours, and cleaning after the weekend. Delivered & Staged is quoted on top and replaces the Las Vegas handoff and return. It does not include your Camp EDC RV pass, the power add-on, or festival tickets — those come from the event.

Can you deliver the coach into Camp EDC?

Yes, quoted per coach. Camp EDC's rules bar an RV being dropped off, picked up, or set up by a third party or by anyone without a festival ticket and camping pass, so our driver joins your group — a festival wristband and a place on your pass — brings the coach in on Thursday, and drives it out on Monday. You arrive through Camp EDC's check-in for campers joining a group that has already checked in. Tell us the weekend and whether the RV pass is in hand, and we come back with the number.

Which power add-on do we buy?

If the camp asks which service your RV uses: the FR3 is 50-amp, the Alante is 30-amp, and the Hurricane is 30-amp. The cord we send is the right one for the coach you reserve.

What if we need to cancel?

Every payment toward a reservation is nonrefundable — and nothing you pay is lost: if you cancel, the full amount you've paid becomes a Reservation Credit with us, good toward a future booking. A Reservation Credit comes off the total of the next reservation you book — any coach, any dates we have — and if it's larger than that booking, the remainder stays on your account. If you change your mind within 7 days of booking, on a trip more than 180 days away, your first payment is refunded in full on request. The $1,500 security deposit is separate: it's a hold at handoff, released after the return inspection, not a payment toward the reservation.

When is anything charged?

Nothing until we confirm your coach and your dates in writing. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is held when the coach goes out, the same as every rental.
