The coach is made when you walk up.
Arrive by Burner Express or by air. We place the coach at your camp in Black Rock City before you arrive — level, cool, and made — and pull it after exodus. Driving it in from Reno yourself is the alternative; this is the way you skip the drive entirely.

A small number of camps, by arrangement
Delivered & Staged is the burn-week form of this service: we stage and retrieve the coach on the ground ourselves, so we take it on for a small number of camps by arrangement. In-city delivery is the Delivered & Staged package: the coach placed, leveled, cold, and made before you land. Reno-side staging and non-standard placements are quoted to the request. If it’s a fit for your camp’s placement and dates, we’ll tell you exactly what it involves before you commit to anything.

We confirm feasibility
Delivery depends on placement, road access, and how many camps we can take on that year. We'll tell you plainly if it's a fit.

You get the number in writing
In-city delivery to your placement is the Delivered & Staged package — one all-in number per coach, shared with the list before public sale. Reno-side staging and anything outside a standard in-city placement is quoted to the request, and you see the number before you commit.
In-city delivery is the Delivered & Staged package — one all-in number per coach for a standard placement inside Black Rock City, shared with the list first. Reno-side staging — meeting you at a hotel or the airport — is quoted separately, from $3,000, depending on your placement and the logistics involved.
