The coach is made when you walk up.
Arrive by Burner Express or by air. We place the FR3 at your camp in Black Rock City before you arrive — level, cool, and online — and pull it after exodus. Driving it in from Reno yourself is the alternative; this is the way you skip the drive entirely.
Skip the drive, not the burn.
A small number of camps, by arrangement
Delivered & Staged is the burn-week form of this service: we stage and retrieve the coach on the ground ourselves, so we take it on for a small number of camps by arrangement and quote each one individually rather than publishing a flat rate. In-city delivery is the $27,500 Delivered & Staged package — the FR3 placed, leveled, cold, and online before you land. If it’s a fit for your camp’s placement and dates, we’ll tell you exactly what it involves before you commit to anything.

Delivery is priced per camp, based on placement and logistics. There's no published rate — every quote is built for the specific request.
In-city delivery is the $27,500 Delivered & Staged package. Reno-side staging — meeting you at a hotel or the airport — is quoted separately, from $3,000, depending on your placement and the logistics involved. Send your camp details and we’ll follow up directly.
